Excellent location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to eat supper at sunset. Observed dolphins almost every working day! The place was the ideal getaway and we relished coming back to some clean and spacious place after days over the beach! Kasie Posted: 3/29/2025
It wasn't dirty, it was well kept, and all over again the location was excellent. It could really benefit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was great, no challenges (I had found troubles reported in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/ten/2024

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most from the time we were being there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a good deal to complete while in the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event that.
I loved that there had been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grown ups who would like to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it once again or propose it to a friend.

The main complaint that I have with the assets could be the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of these really need being replaced.
